At Dandy's Topsoil & Landscape Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your garden transformation. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a straightforward return process for all non-perishable landscaping products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Our Team

  Notify our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your goods to initiate a return request and receive authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all bulk bags or palletized items remain in their original packaging, are uncontaminated, and are positioned on a flat, hard surface accessible for crane or pallet truck collection.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  We will coordinate a convenient date for our haulage partners to collect the items; please note that return haulage charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the materials are returned to our depot and inspected for quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
